We believe that supporting women and non-binary people with a background in STEMM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Maths and Medicine) to significantly improve their clarity, confidence, shared vision and strategic capability, will enhance their opportunity to take up leadership roles globally, and to proactively contribute to a sustainable world, both individually and collectively.
In doing this, we aim to create a new way of leading that is better suited to the world we are now living in, with a greater focus on the concept of a ‘global home’ – led with integrity, a drive for results, an ability to motivate others, a deep care for relationships and the will to collaborate towards this shared ambition.
Homeward Bound was founded to create a global network of individuals leading and able to solve our world’s greatest challenges. We achieve this through the delivery of a unique leadership development program that seeks to change the current leadership model by equipping leaders from around the world with the skills to lead for the greater good, to be inclusive, collaborative, legacy-minded, and trusted with assets.
Each graduating cohort becomes part of a global network of like-minded women and non-binary people committed to demonstrating, as individuals and together, a model of leadership that will influence outcomes for men and women towards a healthier planet, and a sustainable future for us all.
If you are excited by the purpose, reach and scope of Homeward Bound, and feel this is the right time in your career to be taking this next step, we invite you to apply for #TeamHB10 Online Leadership Program.
